Why should I use Agriculture UAV to spray?

Introduction
Azansys is promoting mechanized farming throughout the world. Azansys experts have rich experience developing world-class applications in many different sectors such as agriculture, finance, insurance, automation, education, satellite-based application, etc.

Our agricultural spray drone is independently developed and the battery-powered UAV. The fuselage consists of high-strength composite body, brushless DC power system, adaptive precision control system, multi-points spray system.
With small size, light weight, large payload, short starting time, easy operation and so on, our drone adopts the fully autonomous flight control system, which greatly reduces labor intensity and eliminates the health damage of pesticide to the operator.
At the same time, our agricultural spray drone with the multi-points atomizing spraying system to ensure maximum coverage of the work area and application evenly to penetrate into crop roots, greatly reducing dosage and cost.

1. Convenient and durable: The fuselage has high strength full-composite body, modular full-folding design, lightweight and great toughness, to maintain the best maneuverability while ensure the maximum takeoff weight of 54KG.
2. Wide adaptability: It is able to perform different tasks, fertilization and other tasks.
3. High operating efficiency: It can achieve the 30 meters flying height, the fastest 10m/s speed flight. The fuselage is equipped with high-capacity, high-energy-density power battery, ensuring 15-25 minute continuous operation duration, breaking the same load-level agricultural UAV bottleneck. With a 20-21L large capacity medical kit, our drone adapts to liquid, powder and other drugs. Easy to clean, anti-shock stability design kit is another advantage
4. Spraying effect is good: Mass spray system and booster pump are perfectly combined, the drug particles as low as 20 microns, more spray head has increased the operating area at the same time to ensure uniformity of spraying. Adopting the propeller's own high-speed airflow to realize the vertical and downward flow of the mist and infiltration into the crop roots, our drone has the best prevention and treatment effect.
5. Protect operators’ health: 2.4GHz spread spectrum, frequency hopping and remote control device can remotely control the drone outside 1000m, to avoid spraying pesticide risk.

Environmental adaptability: Small size, light weight, easy transportation, with vertical take-off and landing functions, flight operation is simple and flexible, suitable for plain, mountain, elevation and other operational terrain. Not affected by the size of the spray area, the same crop or not, its water-proof level is up to IP56, sunny days or rainy days all can be excellent to complete the task of spraying.

Military Drone

Azansys is promoting mechanized Military Drone that combination of sensors, electronic receivers and transmitters, and offensive ordnance. They are used for strategic and operational reconnaissance and for battlefield surveillance, and they can also intervene on the battlefield—either indirectly, by designating targets for precision-guided munitions dropped or fired from manned systems, or directly, by dropping or firing these munitions themselves.

Why should I use Military Drone ?
They are mostly used for surveillance in areas and terrains where troops are unable to safely go. But they are also used as weapons and have been credited with killing suspected militants.Also they are remotely controlled aerial systems that are used to carry out lethal counterterrorism strikes as well as surveillance and other non-lethal operations.

Why is drones better for security?
A drone can quickly fly over, detect threats and provide aerial images and real-time footage. This allows security staff to assess the level of danger and identify the appropriate response.

Logistic Drone

Azansys is promoting mechanized logistic throughout the world. Azansys experts have rich experience developing world-class applications in many different sectors such as delivery, finance, insurance, automation, education, satellite-based application, etc.

Logistic drone come in small, mid-, and large sizes, with different performance capabilities (for example, regarding maximum payload and range). They are typically equipped with powerful sensors and next-generation software, and can be classified into four different delivery categories:

  1. Hub-to-hub, intra-firm warehouse deliveries (mainly short-distances): Here the drone will deliver industrial goods or products to a pre-defined delivery hub located within the firm’s premises, at an adjacent warehouse, or within a warehouse. The service is performed purely for internal process optimization and efficiency gains.
  2. Last-mile supply chain delivery (short- to medium distances): This service involves the drone delivering goods or industrial products to a nearby B2B customer or partner. The drone departs from either the firm’s premises or a conventional delivery truck. The solution is especially attractive in rural areas where delivery trucks need to serve many locations, leading to longer lead times. The drone can mitigate lead times and improve the overall cost structure of the service.
  3. Truck and ship loading/offloading (short- to medium distances): Here the drone performs the loading and offloading of trucks or ships, with follow-on distribution to warehouses, pallets or nearby industrial customers. The service could prove to be an attractive solution, especially in highly congested areas, as the drone can move goods directly from the terminal to a nearby distribution warehouse or similar location.   4. Intra- and intercity delivery (long distances): In this use case, drones move goods from a firm's premises in one city to another city, or within a larger metropolitan area (intra-city).
